Sardine and Potato Mix Recipe

Ingredients

Small potatoes 2
Bird’s eye chili 7
Red shallots 5 cloves

  1. Prepare the Potatoes: Slice the small potatoes into your desired shape, then fry them in hot oil until golden and crispy. Set aside.

  2. Chop the Shallots: Finely chop the red shallots and set aside.

  3. Blend the Chilis: Using a mortar and pestle, crush the bird’s eye chilies until finely ground.
