Ingredients:
- 1 can (200g) sardines
- 200g long beans (kacang panjang)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 6 shallots
- 3 red chilies (or use bird’s eye chilies for extra heat)
- 1 tomato
- 1 stalk green onion
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 250 ml water
- Salt to taste

Instructions:

- Slice the garlic and shallots thinly.
- Cut the red chilies and tomato into small pieces.
