Spicy Sardine Stir-Fry with Long Beans

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (200g) sardines
  • 200g long beans (kacang panjang)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 6 shallots
  • 3 red chilies (or use bird’s eye chilies for extra heat)
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 stalk green onion
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 250 ml water
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:

    • Slice the garlic and shallots thinly.
    • Cut the red chilies and tomato into small pieces.
    • Chop the green onion into small segments.
    • Trim the long beans into bite-sized pieces.

    • Heat the cooking oil in a pan over medium heat.
