Sardines in Spicy Chili Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of sardines
  • 5 shallots
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 3 bird’s eye chilies
  • 2 curly red chilies
  • Seasoning to taste
  • Sugar to taste
  • Water as needed
