- 250 grams beef tendon
- 150 grams raw crispy crackers, fried and then cut
- Sliced Seasoning:

- 10 green bird’s eye chilies

- 4 red chilies
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 cm galangal, crushed
- 2 tomatoes
- 4 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons Saori soy sauce
- Water, as needed
