Telur Orak-arik (Stir-fried Scrambled Eggs with Cabbage)

Ingredients:

  • 1 large egg
  • 5 cabbage leaves, sliced thinly
  • 10 bird’s eye chilies, roughly chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 2 shallots, finely minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Sugar, to taste
  • Sweet soy sauce, to taste
  • Cooking oil

Instructions:
