Instructions:

  1. Marinate the Seafood:

    • Begin by cleaning the basa fish fillet and cutting it into bite-sized pieces. Clean, wash, and devein the prawns. If you have access to clams, clean them thoroughly and set aside.
    • In a bowl, marinate the seafood with lime juice, 1 teaspoon of salt, and black pepper powder. Let it marinate in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Stew Base:
