Spicy Shredded Chicken (Ayam Suwir Bumbu Pedas)

Ingredients:
- 1 large chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 100 grams green onions, thinly sliced
- 10 small red chilies (cabai rawit)
- 5 large green chilies
- 4 candlenuts (kemiri)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 5 cloves shallots (bawang merah)
- Salt to taste
- MSG (Micin) to taste
- Seasoning powder to taste
- Cooking oil
- 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
- 3 kaffir lime leaves (daun jeruk)

Prepare the Chicken:
- Shred the cooked chicken breast into fine strips and set aside.

- Blend the garlic, shallots, green chilies, small red chilies, and candlenuts into a smooth paste. Add salt and MSG to taste during blending.

- Lightly bruise the kaffir lime leaves to release their aroma, but do not crush them completely.

- Heat a generous amount of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat.
