Prepare the Ingredients: Thinly slice the cabbage and set aside. Cut the beef into small cubes. Slice the garlic, shallots, and chili peppers finely.

Sauté the Seasoning: Heat a bit of oil in a pan and sauté the sliced garlic, shallots, small chili peppers, and red chili peppers along with the bay leaves and galangal until fragrant and golden brown.
