Ingredients:
- 2 large eggs
- 1 handful of bean sprouts
- 3 meatballs (bakso), sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 4 shallots, sliced
- 1 scallion (green onion), chopped
- 1 red chili pepper, sliced
- 10 bird’s eye chilies (adjust to taste for spiciness)
- Sesame oil
- Raja Rasa sauce
- Oyster sauce
- Sweet soy sauce
- Sugar
- Salt

In a bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt. Heat a skillet with a little oil and pour in the beaten eggs, cooking them into a thin omelet. Once cooked, slice the omelet into strips and set aside.

In the same skillet, add a bit more oil and sauté the minced garlic and sliced shallots until fragrant. Add the red chili pepper and bird’s eye chilies, cooking for a minute until they release their aroma.
