Ingredients:
- 2 packs oyster mushrooms
- 1 medium broccoli
- 1 pack chicken meatballs
- 10 shallots
- 4 garlic cloves
- 15 bird’s eye chilies (or to taste)
- 1 thumb-sized piece of galangal
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- Salt, to taste
- Seasoning (e.g., MAGIC brand), to taste
Instructions:

Preparation:
- Slice the oyster mushrooms and broccoli according to your preference.
- Rinse all the ingredients thoroughly, then set aside the mushrooms and broccoli.

- Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the mushrooms and broccoli, and cook for about 10 minutes until tender.
- Drain the vegetables and set them aside.
