Stir-Fried Oyster Mushrooms and Broccoli with Chicken Meatballs

Ingredients:

  • 2 packs oyster mushrooms
  • 1 medium broccoli
  • 1 pack chicken meatballs
  • 10 shallots
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 15 bird’s eye chilies (or to taste)
  • 1 thumb-sized piece of galangal
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • Salt, to taste
  • Seasoning (e.g., MAGIC brand), to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preparation:

    • Slice the oyster mushrooms and broccoli according to your preference.
    • Rinse all the ingredients thoroughly, then set aside the mushrooms and broccoli.
  2. Blanching:

    • Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the mushrooms and broccoli, and cook for about 10 minutes until tender.
    • Drain the vegetables and set them aside.
  3. Chopping and Crushing:

    • Slice the bird’s eye chilies, shallots, and garlic cloves.
    • Peel and crush the galangal.
  4. Cooking:
