Oseng Tahu Sumedang dan Sawi: A Simple Delight

Ingredients

20 pcs Tahu Sumedang, cubed
200 g Sawi Hijau, chopped

Ground Spices

7 pcs Rawit Chili
3 pcs Garlic
4 pcs Shallots
3 pcs Candlenuts (Kemiri)
To taste Salt
To taste Flavor enhancer
To taste Sugar
5 tbsp Cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Begin by grinding the rawit chili, garlic, shallots, and candlenuts together until smooth.
  2. In a skillet, heat the cooking oil over medium heat and sauté the ground spices until fragrant.
  3. Add approximately 50 ml of water to the sautéed spices and bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Introduce the cubed tahu to the skillet, stirring gently for about 2 minutes.
  5. Next, add the chopped sawi and continue to stir until the greens are wilted.
  6. Season the dish with salt, flavor enhancer, and sugar, adjusting to taste.
  7. Once everything is well combined and heated through, remove from heat and serve warm.
