Oseng Tahu Sumedang dan Sawi: A Simple Delight

Instructions
- Begin by grinding the rawit chili, garlic, shallots, and candlenuts together until smooth.
- In a skillet, heat the cooking oil over medium heat and sauté the ground spices until fragrant.
- Add approximately 50 ml of water to the sautéed spices and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Introduce the cubed tahu to the skillet, stirring gently for about 2 minutes.
- Next, add the chopped sawi and continue to stir until the greens are wilted.
- Season the dish with salt, flavor enhancer, and sugar, adjusting to taste.
- Once everything is well combined and heated through, remove from heat and serve warm.
