- Tofu: 1/4 block, sliced and pocked
- Filling:
- Carrot: 1/4, finely shredded
- Bean Sprouts: A handful
- Cabbage: Finely shredded
- Spice Paste:
- Red Bird’s Eye Chilies: 10
- Shallots: 5
- Garlic: 3 cloves
- Batter:
- Flour: 1 cup
- Salt: To taste
- Water: Enough to form a thick batter
