Instructions:
-
Prepare the Cooking Base: - In a large frying pan or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil along with 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat until the butter melts and the mixture is hot.

-
Scramble the Egg: - Crack the egg into the pan and quickly scramble it, stirring until fully cooked and set aside on one side of the pan.

-
Saute the Aromatics: - Add 1 tablespoon of red chili paste (optional) and a pinch of finely chopped bird’s eye chili (optional) to the pan, sautéing for about a minute to release their fragrances.
- Add the ground shallots and garlic mixture (BMBP) to the pan and sauté until fragrant and slightly golden.

-
Season the Rice: - Pour a small amount of water to prevent sticking, stirring the ingredients together.
- Season the mixture with a pinch of ground black pepper, a generous splash of sweet soy sauce (Kecap Manis), and a few drops of light soy sauce (Kecap Asin) to balance the sweetness and saltiness. Add the Sajiku nasi goreng seasoning and mix well.

-
Add the Rice: - Add the cold, cooked white rice to the pan and stir everything together, making sure the rice is evenly coated with the spices and seasonings. Continue stirring for about 2-3 minutes until the rice is heated through.

-
Finish with Garnishes: - Stir in the chopped green onions and celery leaves for a fresh burst of flavor.

-
Serve and Enjoy: - Plate the fried rice and top with crispy tempe (Tempe Kriuk) that has been fried using all-purpose flour.
