Stir-fried Shrimp, Tempe, and Long Beans in Sweet and Spicy Sauce (Tumis Udang Tempe Kacang Panjang Rasa Pedas Manis)
Ingredients:

| Tomato (thinly sliced) | 1 medium-sized |
| Kaffir lime leaves | 3 leaves |
| Bay leaves | 2 leaves |
| Galangal (crushed) | 1 segment |

Instructions:

| 1 | Prepare the spice paste: Blend together the red bird’s eye chilies, red curly chili (or large red chili), coriander seeds, shallots, garlic, palm sugar, salt, and black pepper until smooth. Set aside. |
