Spicy Sweet Tofu, Tempeh, and Anchovies

Ingredients:

  • 5 pieces of tofu
  • 1 medium-sized pack of tempeh
  • 1/4 cup of Medan anchovies
  • 15 green chilies
  • 10 bird’s eye chilies
  • 3 stalks of green onions
  • 1/2 bulb of onion
  • 2 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
  • Salt, sugar, and seasoning to taste
  • Oil for frying

Steps:

  1. Preparation: Begin by cutting the tofu and tempeh into small cubes. Fry them in oil until they are golden brown, but not too crispy.

  2. Anchovy Preparation: Rinse the Medan anchovies thoroughly and then fry them until they are crispy.
