Instructions

  1. Heat the Oil:
    Start by heating a kadai or deep frying pan with a little oil over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the chopped ginger and garlic. Sauté until the aroma of the ginger and garlic releases and they soften.

  2. Cook the Onions:
    Next, add the finely chopped onions to the kadai. Cook them on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until they turn translucent and soft.
