- White Tofu (Tahu Putih)
- Green Onions (Daun Bawang)

- 5 cloves red shallots (Bawang Merah)
- 3 cloves garlic (Bawang Putih)
- 1 tomato (Tomat)
- 3 bird’s eye chilies (Cabe Rawit)
- 3 long red chilies (Cabe Merah Panjang)
- Salt (Garam), to taste
- Sugar (Gula), to taste
- Flavor enhancer (Penyedap Rasa), to taste
Instructions:

- Start by frying the white tofu until golden brown and crispy. Once done, drain the excess oil and set aside.
