Telur Ceplok dan Tahu Balado

Ingredients

Eggs (ayam) 2 pieces
Desaku Balado spice mix 1 packet

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Eggs and Tofu: Begin by frying the eggs sunny-side up (telur ceplok) and lightly frying the tofu until they are half-cooked.

  2. Sauté the Spice Paste: In a pan, heat some oil and sauté the ground spice paste until fragrant and golden brown.

  3. Add Liquid and Spice: Pour in a bit of water and add the Desaku Balado spice mix to taste. Allow the mixture to cook until the water reduces and oil starts to surface.

  4. Combine Ingredients: Gently add the fried eggs and tofu into the pan, cooking until the sauce thickens and the flavors meld beautifully.

  5. Serve: Once the sauce has thickened and the tofu and eggs are well-coated, remove from heat and serve hot, allowing the vibrant flavors of the Balado to shine through.
