Sambal Balado Tahu Telur

Ingredients

Ingredient Quantity
Eggs 4 large
Tofu 3 blocks, cut into 6 pieces each
Red chilies 10
Bird’s eye chilies 4
Garlic 2 cloves
Shallots 5
Small tomato 1, diced
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste
Water as needed
Cooking oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Fry the Eggs and Tofu: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the eggs until golden and cook the tofu pieces until crispy. Remove and set aside.
