- 1 stalk of green onion, sliced

- 500 ml water
For the Seasoning:
- 3 cloves garlic, smashed and thinly sliced
- 4 shallots, thinly sliced
- 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- Salt, to taste
- Sugar, to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Lime juice, to taste
Instructions:

- In a large pot, bring the water to a boil. Add the garlic, shallots, and onion, and cook until the aromatics are tender and fragrant.
