Tahu Kikil Pedas Simple Recipe

Ingredients

Kikil (beef skin) 200 grams
Fried tofu (cut in half) 10 pieces
Curly red chili (sliced diagonally) 5-10 pieces
Bird’s eye chili (sliced diagonally) 5 pieces
Shallots (sliced) 5 pieces
Chili sauce To taste
Tomato sauce 2 tablespoons
Sweet soy sauce 1/2 tablespoon
Soy sauce 1/2 tablespoon
Broth To taste
Pepper To taste
