  1. Preparation:

    • Slice the Chinese mustard greens into long strips and wash thoroughly.

    • Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
    • Add the sliced shallots and garlic to the pan, and sauté until fragrant.
    • Add the bird’s eye chilies and tofu cubes to the pan, stirring well.
  3. Cooking:

    • Pour in the water and bring to a boil, allowing the tofu to cook through.
    • Add the sliced Chinese mustard greens to the pan.
    • Sprinkle the beef seasoning powder and oyster sauce over the mixture.
