Tetukeri (Tuna Cheese Egg with Nori)

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 can spicy Tuna (Ayam Brand)
  • 1 sheet spicy nori (I use Mamasuka)
  • 25 grams cheddar cheese
  • 30 grams mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Eggs: Begin by peeling the four hard-boiled eggs. In a mixing bowl, combine the peeled eggs with the can of spicy tuna, mashing them together until well incorporated.

  2. Cook the Mixture: Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Pour the egg and tuna mixture into the pan, spreading it evenly to form a cohesive layer. Allow it to cook until it is halfway done.

  3. Add Nori: As the mixture begins to set, lay the sheet of spicy nori on top, ensuring it covers the surface.
