  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 stalk green onion, sliced
  • Spicy mayonnaise (e.g., Maestro Pedas)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Tortilla Dough:

    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Add the vegetable oil and mix until well incorporated.
    • Gradually add the warm milk to the dry ingredients, kneading the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic. Adjust the milk quantity if needed to achieve the right consistency; the dough should be soft but not sticky.
    • Divide the dough into small balls and let them rest for about 15 minutes.
  2. Roll Out the Tortillas:
