👨‍🍳 Recipe Instructions:

  1. Clean and wash spinach.
  2. Place spinach in a pan with a little water and onion.
  3. Cook until tender.
  4. Drain and grind to a paste.
  5. Sift flour and salt in a large bowl.
  6. Add spinach paste and milk to make a stiff dough.
  7. Knead the dough well.
  8. Divide it into 20 parts.
  9. Roll them out into round puris of 3″ (7 1/2 cms) diameter each.
  10. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry 1 or 2 puris at a time.
  11. Turn once.
  12. Remove when both sides are cooked.
  13. Serve hot with yogurt.
