Ingredients
Lasagna and Cheese Sauce
- 4 sheets of lasagna pasta
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Grated Cheddar cheese
- Grated Kraft Quick Melt cheese
- Oregano (optional)
- Water (for boiling lasagna sheets)
- Aluminum foil cups (for steaming)
Cheese Sauce
- 500 ml full cream UHT milk (such as Ultra Milk)
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 2 tablespoons grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon Kraft Quick Melt cheese
- 2 tablespoons spreadable cheese (such as Procis)
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Oregano (optional)
Beef Sauce
- 100 grams ground beef
- 2 small onions, finely chopped
- 1 packet of La Fonte Bolognese instant sauce
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Prepare the Lasagna Sheets:
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add vegetable oil and salt.
- Cook the lasagna sheets in the boiling water until al dente, following the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Make the Cheese Sauce:
- In a saucepan, melt the butter or margarine over medium heat.
- Add the flour and stir quickly to combine, cooking for a minute to form a roux.
- Gradually pour in the milk, whisking continuously to avoid lumps.
- Cook until the mixture starts to thicken.
- Stir in the grated Cheddar cheese, Kraft Quick Melt cheese, and spreadable cheese. Continue stirring until the cheeses are melted and the sauce is smooth.
