Title: Stir-Fried Green Beans with Egg

Ingredients:

  • 20 thinly sliced green beans
  • 2-4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 onion, finely sliced
  • 2 red chili peppers, thinly sliced
  • 5 pieces of meatballs, thinly sliced (or substitute with sausage)
  • Chicken broth (to taste)
  • Hot water (as needed)
  • 1-2 eggs

Steps:

  1. Begin by heating some oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic, finely sliced onion, and red chili peppers. Sauté until fragrant and the onions are translucent.

  2. Add the thinly sliced meatballs (or sausage) to the pan. Stir-fry until they start to brown slightly.

  3. Next, add the sliced green beans to the pan. Continue to stir-fry until the beans change color and become tender.

  4. Pour in a small amount of hot water and allow the beans to cook until they are just tender. Season with chicken broth and adjust the seasoning to taste.

  5. Push the green beans to one side of the pan, creating space for the eggs. Crack the eggs into the empty space and scramble gently. Once the eggs are cooked through, mix them with the green beans.

  6. Continue to stir-fry everything together until well combined.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
