Tumis Tahu Kecambah Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 10 pieces of tofu, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 kg of bean sprouts
  • 4 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 4 shallots, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Water, as needed for the sauce

Instructions:

  1. Begin by cutting the tofu into small, bite-sized cubes, ensuring they are uniform for even cooking.

  6. Season the mixture with salt and your preferred seasoning. Adjust the quantity according to your taste preferences.

  7. Continue to cook for a few more minutes, allowing the tofu to absorb the flavors and the bean sprouts to become tender.
