Tumis Kangkung with Chicken
Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of water spinach (kangkung), cleaned and cut into pieces
- 1 piece of fried chicken breast (or any part), shredded
- 2 shallots
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 tomato
- Seasoning powder
- Pepper
- Granulated sugar
- MSG (optional)
Steps:
- Thoroughly wash the water spinach after cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
- Slice the shallots, garlic, and tomato.
- In a heated pan, sauté the shallots and garlic until fragrant.
- Add the shredded fried chicken and stir well.
- Incorporate the water spinach into the pan, adding a little water. Cook until the water spinach starts to wilt.
- Add the seasoning powder, sliced tomato, a pinch of granulated sugar, and MSG if desired. Mix well and continue cooking until everything is well combined and the water spinach is fully cooked.
- Serve the Tumis Kangkung with Chicken hot and enjoy!
