Ayam Teriyaki

Ingredients

  • 100 grams chicken fillet
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • Salt to taste
  • Mushroom seasoning to taste
  • Water (for boiling the chicken)
  • 1/2 onion
  • Teriyaki sauce to taste
  • Ground pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch (for thickening)
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 slices of cabbage
  • Mayonnaise to taste
  • Sesame seeds to taste

Steps

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Gather all the ingredients needed for the recipe.

  2. Boil the Chicken: Clean the chicken thoroughly. Prepare hot water and boil the chicken fillet until fully cooked.

  3. Chop the Aromatics: Finely chop the garlic and onion.

  4. Sauté the Aromatics: Heat the margarine in a pan and sauté the chopped garlic and onion until fragrant.

  5. Slice the Chicken: Cut the boiled chicken fillet into medium-sized pieces.
