- 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/8 cup sun-dried tomatoes (oil-packed or dry, if dry, soak in hot water for 10 minutes)

Prepare the Garlic: Start by roasting the garlic bulb. Slice off the top of the garlic bulb to expose the cloves. Place the bulb on a piece of tin foil, drizzle with a tiny amount of olive oil, then fold the foil over to cover the bulb completely. Roast in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 30-35 minutes, or until the cloves are soft and fragrant. Allow the garlic to cool slightly before handling.

Blend the Tofu: While the garlic is roasting, cut the tofu into chunks and place it in a food processor. Process until the tofu is reasonably smooth, which might take a couple of minutes. This will be the base of your spread.
