Ingredients:

  • 500g Beef Sirloin (sliced thinly)
  • 1 Packet of Corn on the Cob (contains 5 pieces)
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Packet of Ladaku Seasoning
  • 2 Packets of Saori Teriyaki Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons of Saori Oyster Sauce
  • 1 Sachet of Dancow Fortigo White Milk (dissolved in 400ml water)
  • 1 Tablespoon of Cornstarch (dissolved in 100ml water)
  • 3 Tablespoons of Bango Sweet Soy Sauce
  • Salt and Sugar to Taste

For the Spice Paste:

  • Butter (as needed)
  • 3 Cloves of Garlic
  • 2 cm Ginger

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Beef:

    • Thinly slice the beef sirloin and rinse it until the blood is washed away.
  2. Marinate the Beef:

    • In a bowl, combine the beef slices with Saori Teriyaki Sauce, Saori Oyster Sauce, Ladaku Seasoning, and salt. Mix well, ensuring that the beef is fully coated with the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  3. Cook the Base:

    • Melt some butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and ginger, finely chopped, and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add the Liquid Ingredients:

    • Pour in the milk mixture and bring it to a gentle simmer.
  5. Cook the Corn and Beef:

    • Add the corn on the cob and the marinated beef to the pan. Stir well.
  6. Thicken the Sauce:

    • Slowly pour in the cornstarch mixture, stirring constantly to prevent lumps. Let the sauce simmer until it thickens and the beef becomes tender.
  7. Season and Add Vegetables:

    • Season with Bango Sweet Soy Sauce, salt, and sugar to taste. Test the seasoning and adjust as needed. Add the chopped green bell pepper and onion, and cook until the vegetables are tender.
  8. Serve:

    • Once everything is cooked and the flavors have melded together, remove from heat and serve hot.
