Sweet and Sour Fried Eggs Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 fried eggs (sunny side up)
- For the Sauce:
- 1/4 small onion
- 1 small garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon oyster sauce
