Sweet and Spicy Bawal Fish Recipe
Ingredients:
- 500 grams of Bawal Fish
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons salt
For the Sauce:
- 1/2 large onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 10 green bird’s eye chilies (cabe rawit hijau) or domba chilies
- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon (Royco)
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon sugar
