- 1/4 kg chicken, diced
- 1 block tofu (fried until half-cooked), cut into small pieces
- 3 shallots
- 1 garlic clove
- Chilies, to taste
- 1 small tomato
- Salt, to taste
- Brown sugar or granulated sugar, to taste
- Cooking oil, for sautéing
- Green onions, for garnish
Instructions:
- Preparation: Start by finely slicing the shallots, garlic, chilies, and tomato.
- Sautéing: Heat a generous amount of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the sliced shallots, garlic, chilies, and tomato to the pan and sauté until the mixture becomes fragrant and the tomato softens.
