Ingredients:

  • 1/4 kg chicken, diced
  • 1 block tofu (fried until half-cooked), cut into small pieces
  • 3 shallots
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Chilies, to taste
  • 1 small tomato
  • Salt, to taste
  • Brown sugar or granulated sugar, to taste
  • Cooking oil, for sautéing
  • Green onions, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preparation: Start by finely slicing the shallots, garlic, chilies, and tomato.
  2. Sautéing: Heat a generous amount of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the sliced shallots, garlic, chilies, and tomato to the pan and sauté until the mixture becomes fragrant and the tomato softens.
  3. Sweetness: Incorporate the brown sugar into the pan and allow it to melt and caramelize with the other ingredients.
