Tempe Kering Gula Merah

Ingredients

Tempe 1 board
Sliced chili To taste
Sliced garlic 2 cloves
Sliced shallots 3 cloves
Crushed galangal 1 piece
Bay leaf 1 leaf
Brown sugar (thinly sliced) 1 round piece
Salt To taste
