Prepare the Fish: Clean the mujair fish thoroughly, then marinate with lime juice, salt, and pepper. Let it sit for a moment while you prepare the sauce.

Combine Ingredients: Add a small amount of water, then stir in about 4 tablespoons of chili sauce and 2 tablespoons of ketchup, adjusting to your taste preferences.

Add Kaffir Lime: Toss in the kaffir lime leaves and allow the sauce to simmer until it thickens, stirring occasionally. Taste and adjust sweetness with sugar if desired.
