Sweet and Spicy Grilled Chicken (Ayam Bakar Pedas Manis)
Ingredients:
- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon ground coriander
- 1 cup thick coconut milk
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon palm sugar
- 1 tablespoon tamarind water
- 10 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon fine salt

Instructions:
-
