Ingredients:
- 4 chicken eggs (adjust the quantity according to your preference)
- 5 ripe red tomatoes
- 8 red curly chilies
- Sugar to taste
- 5 shallots
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Salt to taste

- Heat a little oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the eggs one by one until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny, seasoning each with a pinch of salt as they cook. Set aside the fried eggs on a plate.

- In a blender or food processor, combine the tomatoes, red curly chilies, 2 shallots, 1 clove of garlic, sugar, and salt. Blend until smooth to create the sauce base.
