Asam Manis Pedas Patin Fillet

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium-sized Patin fish, filleted
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 whole ripe tomato, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 stalk green onion, sliced diagonally
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 3 tablespoons sweet and spicy sauce
  • Cooking oil, for frying
  • Seasoned flour, for coating

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Fish: Begin by heating oil in a pan for frying the Patin fillets. Ensure the oil is hot enough to achieve a perfect golden-brown crust.
