Apple Cider Vinegar 70g
Brown Sugar 20g
Oregano A pinch
Extra Virgin Olive Oil To taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add the peeled cipolline onions.
  3. Pour in the apple cider vinegar, followed by the brown sugar and a pinch of oregano. Season with fine salt to taste.
  4. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the mixture, ensuring everything is well-coated.
  5. Transfer the onions and all their seasonings into an oven-safe dish, spreading them evenly.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for about 50 minutes, until the onions are tender and golden.
  7. Once done, remove from the oven and let the onions cool slightly.
