Title: Sautéed Tuna Chunk with Sweet Corn and Aromatic Veggies

Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Tuna chunk in vegetable oil 1 can (I used Sun Bell Tuna)
Sweet corn 1 ear, husked and cut into kernels
Onion (medium-sized) 1/2, finely chopped
Garlic 1 clove, minced
Red chili pepper 1, sliced
Salt To taste
Cooking oil As needed

Instructions:

  1. Heat the Oil: Start by heating a generous amount of cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat.

  2. Sauté Aromatics: Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and sliced red chili to the skillet. Sauté them until fragrant and the onions turn translucent, releasing their wonderful aromas.

  3. Add Corn and Tuna: Next, toss in the sweet corn kernels, followed by the tuna chunk (drained). Stir the mixture well to combine all the ingredients evenly, allowing the tuna to absorb the flavors from the aromatics and corn.

  4. Season and Finish: Sprinkle a bit of salt to taste, giving everything another good stir. Let the dish cook for a couple of minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.

  5. Serve: Once the corn is tender and everything is well combined, remove the skillet from heat. Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy!

This light, quick, and flavorful dish pairs beautifully with rice or as a standalone snack. Enjoy the delightful mix of sweet corn and savory tuna, seasoned to perfection with the warmth of garlic and chili!
