Ingredients:

  • 500 grams thinly sliced beef
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 red chilies, sliced
  • 1 packet teriyaki sauce
  • Sugar, to taste
  • Salt, to taste
  • Sweet soy sauce, to taste
  • Ground black pepper, to taste
  • Oyster sauce, to taste
  • Cooking oil
  • Water

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Beef:

    • Begin by cleaning the beef slices thoroughly. Lightly season them with a pinch of salt and half of the minced garlic.
  2. Sauté Aromatics:

    • Heat a small amount of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the remaining minced garlic, chopped onion, and sliced red chilies. Sauté until the mixture is fragrant and the onions are translucent.
  3. Cook the Beef:

    • Add the seasoned beef to the pan. Stir-fry until the beef is halfway cooked through, ensuring that it gets a nice sear.
  4. Add Sauces and Seasonings:

    • Pour in the teriyaki sauce, and season with sugar, salt, sweet soy sauce, ground black pepper, and oyster sauce. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
  5. Simmer:

    • Add a splash of water to the pan. Allow the mixture to simmer, letting the sauce reduce and thicken slightly.
  6. Final Adjustments:
