Ingredients:

1 – 1 1/2 Boneless skinless chicken breasts or boneless pork chop
1 Can pineapple chunks in juice
1 Onion
1 Green pepper
1 Bottle of sweet and sour sauce
Seasonings:
3 dashes Garlic powder
1-2 dashes Onion powder
1 dash Ginger powder
1 dash Cumin powder
Additional:
As needed Sesame oil
