Sweet Soy Sauce Omelette (Telor Dadar Kecap)

Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
  • A pinch of chicken bouillon powder
  • Cooking oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Egg Mixture: Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl. Add the sweet soy sauce and a pinch of chicken bouillon powder. Whisk the ingredients together until well combined and the mixture is smooth.

  2. Heat the Oil: In a non-stick skillet or frying pan, heat a generous amount of cooking oil over medium heat.
