Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of water spinach (kangkung), sliced
- 1 large egg
- Salt, to taste
- 1/2 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- Sliced aromatics:
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 shallots
- 5 bird’s eye chilies (cabe rawit)
