Instructions:

Allow the pressure to release naturally, then peel and cut the potatoes in half. Set them aside to cool in the refrigerator.

  2. Prepare the Salad Ingredients: Once the potatoes are cooled, add them to a large mixing bowl. Along with the potatoes, add the thinly sliced onion, cubed apple, and walnuts.

  3. Season the Salad: Sprinkle in the dried oregano and red chilli flakes. Add salt to taste.
