- Tomato: as needed, chopped
- Sugar: to taste
- Salt: to taste
- Pepper: to taste
- Oyster sauce: 1-2 tablespoons
- Green onions: for garnish

Prepare the Salmon:
- Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper.
- Heat a small amount of oil in a pan over low heat.
