Swiss Cheesecake Recipe

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Prepare the Shortbread Crust:

    • In a bowl, mix together the unbleached flour, sugar, and cornstarch.
    • Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
    • Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
