Tuna with Szechuan Sauce and Egg (DEBM)

Ingredients

Large green chili 1, sliced
Garlic cloves 1, thinly sliced
Szechuan sauce (Saori brand) 1 tablespoon
Ground pepper To taste
Flavor enhancer To taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Vegetables: Slice the green chili and garlic according to your preference.
  2. Heat the Oil: In a pan, heat the cooking oil over medium heat until hot.
  3. Sauté Aromatics: Add the sliced garlic and green chili to the pan, sautéing until fragrant, taking care not to burn the garlic, as it can become bitter.
  4. Add Tuna: Gently fold in the canned tuna, which should be slightly flaked (you can skip the oil from the can if desired). Stir briefly, ensuring it doesn’t break down too much.
